Our seven cats love Susan - even the cat who usually hates everybody! Susan gives them lots of attention, holds them, brushes them, plays with them, and keeps their litter boxes very clean. We've had Susan sit for our pets when we've been out of the country, and she kept us up to date with photos and texts. She cared for our old special-needs dog too. Susan has given our cats their prescription medicines. She collects the mail, keeps our wild bird feeders filled, cleans up after our pets: cat hairballs and scattered litter etc, and just goes above and beyond. We can relax when we know that Susan is caring for our pets because she is so detail-oriented, conscientious, reliable, and trustworthy.

Susan is the best pet sitter we have ever had. She is extremely dependable; and by sending me a brief text after her visits, all the worry I used to experience is completely removed. The house is in perfect condition when I return, with not a single thing out of place. The cats always meet me at the door, happy and well groomed. She has a real skill with the pets, and she treats them very well, with grooming and sitting with them on the porch. She even brought the cats a new brush. She is always there when she says she will be. We have left our 3 cats and house under her care for 3 consecutive weeks, on more than one occasion; and although we missed our 3 cats very much, it was a true blessing to have such a responsible pet sitter at the helm. She is fantastic and very highly recommended.
