FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no one size fits all when it comes to pricing. Our pricing is very competitive and we will do our best to match competitors bids.To get a general idea we charge per square. A square is a 10 foot by 10 foot area on your roof or 100 square feet. To get a rough estimate how many squares you have you can measure length times width of the living space under your roof. For example if a rectangular ranch home is 25 by 60 multiply 25x60=1500 square feet or 15 squares. To factor in slope of roof multiply by 1.1 for a more level roof or 1.2 for a steeper roof. 1500x1.2=1800. Add 7 to 10% for waste. 1800 x 1.07 = 1926. This would likely be charged as 20 Squares. We charge roughly $325 to $400per square depending on the materials used. The per square price includes EVERYTHING! All roofing materials includes shingles, underlayment, winterguard, pipe collars, vent boots, drip edge, fasteners and chimney flashing if necessary. Also included in the price is the dumpster for debris and a very, very thorough cleanup. Contact us to have a pro come out and assess your roof for free.
