- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a small family business so we don't have the overhead and expenses larger companies endure. Being a smaller company we can provide cheaper rates on repair and installation and embrace each customer as we would a family member. We also offer 10% discount for all our military and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customer, Past customer,family member, are all treated the same. We introduce ourselves, locate the issue at hand, fix problem or go over replacement options, take pride in our work, then leave you with peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My brother and I have went thru extensive training and education in technical school and have over ten years experience in installation, repair, service and sales in the San Antonio area.
