- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We'll beat your current pest control company's price by at least 10%! If we give you a higher bid, then just show us your bill and we'll make sure to adjust it on the spot! Add-on services and other services priced separately, but with the same guarantee!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- 1st visit: meet with customer to assess the specific needs. We'll perform the 1st Pest Control treatment(s) and either perform your FREE Annual Termite Inspection on the spot, or set up an appointment. * Remember that when we first treat for pests, they'll come crawling out from everywhere! But don't worry, they're dying and passing along the pesticide to their friends! * Termite Inspections vary depending on property size, but generally take anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes, after which we'll go over any findings with you and follow up with a report, if necessary. - After one week, we'll call to find out how you felt the service went and address any concerns that you have. If any rodent traps were set, we'll set up a day to check on them. - 2nd visit: 8 weeks after the 1st visit, we'll come back and perform your next pest control treatment(s), unless there was something else scheduled already.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're required to maintain State Mandated Continuing Education hours every 2 years to renew our licenses, so we stay pretty up-to-date on industry standards, new findings in the industry, and any other pertinent information. Our owners and technicians are some of the best in the industry , and that's not just us being biased, either! We've worked with some amazing and reputable companies in Southern Calfornia to help them start up their Termite Divisions! And, they still use our model to this day! We promise excellent personalized customer service AND excellent Pest Control & Termite services!
