FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Group pricing is available, but most CPR certification classes are priced per student. The price per student covers all training materials. The student is not required to bring anything to class other than a pen or pencil. Group discounts are available and corporate prices are given with re-certification contracts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to find out specifics as to what type of CPR they are in need of. If they are unsure, I talk to them about the different disciplines of CPR and determine which one is best for the customer. I like to explain how the classes run and give them an approximate time frame of how long it will take to complete the class. Finally I go over with the customer the scheduling of the class and try to work my schedule into the customer's schedule.
