- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard fees are as follows: Art fee (for the graphic design) $75 Jersey pricing: Adult (S-4X) $35/per Youth (S-XL) $25/per
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They typical process consists of a consultation, jersey mock up, production, delivery. During the consultation the jersey design ideas are discussed. Next, the art fee monies will need to be collected prior to designing. Once the mock up is completed, a photo will be emailed or sent via text for approval by client. Client is allowed 3 revisions. Upon approval of the mock up, client will email a list of names, numbers and sizes for each jersey and additionally will remit the funds for the cost of the jerseys. Once monies are received, production will commence and order will be completed in 4 weeks. Please allow addition week for shipping time in addition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of sewing experience, 10 years of graphic design computer literacy, and 2 years with the dye-sublimated process.
