- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We follow a growth driven design process that begins with learning about your company through an initial Discovery session. Once we begin a project, we leverage our methodology—called QUAD Model—which follows a “Learn, Map, Focus, and Apply” process. We work with you to build comprehensive, thoughtful & purpose-driven identities and experiences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The WE•DO team holds certifications in Inbound Marketing, Lean Six Sigma, and have Evernote Certified Business Consultants on staff.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Typically, WE•DO partners with medium-sized companies whose annual revenues meet or exceed $2M USD. We have clients all over the world, so modes of contact vary from in-house meetings to screen-sharing sessions and conference calls. Outside of scheduled meetings, our typical response time for clients varies from fewer than 12 hours to 24 hours.
