- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer affordable pricing for personal training, wellness, and physical therapy services. In addition, I also offer 50 minute treatment times and always take into consideration what will work best for customer's budget when creating a plan of care or routine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I understand that connecting with the right specialist is the first and often most important step when it comes to reaching your wellness and therapeutic goals. I view the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for understanding, managing, and ultimately creating positive change with your body. I strive to create an environment that encourages you to connect honestly and positively with your body as we work together towards these goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Doctorate of Physical Therapy as well as hold a Medical Exercise Specialist Certification. I work part-time as an adjunct professor in the area of Biomechanics and Wellness. In addition I also work collaboratively with several research teams in the study of fascial sciences and "structural homeostasis."
