Rick is a 1983 graduate of the University of Richmond. Rick graduated with honors (cum laude), with a degree in economics. Rick loves following macro economic trends in real estate, interest rates, stocks and commodities as he feels this helps his clients tremendously in their buying and selling real estate decisions. He is an economics geek. Rick originally graduated from the University of Richmond in 1983, and by the late 198's, he was the president of Purcare Laboratories Inc. This company developed the first commercially available hypo-allergenic line of baby products with its premier product being Tender Years Baby Shampoo. Rick is an expert marketer and understands the psychology of getting homes sold, and his intuitive nature allows him to get in tune with his buyer clients' needs in finding them the perfect home. Rick also is the varsity assistant boys basketball coach at Monacan High School in Chesterfield County. Working with young men is a challenge Rick looks forward to.
