I was hesitant to hire a cleaning service for several reasons. But 5 minutes into my first meeting with Julene I was ready to give it a shot!
She is very professional, and they did an AMAZING job! We have 2 boys and a dog, and I am a CPA in the middle of tax season, so I am sure the first cleaning was a challenge. But they went above what I could have expected, and we came home from work to a beautifully clean, fresh smelling (but not overly so) home. I was truly surprised at what a thorough job they did, it was just as I would have cleaned it (when I had the time!).
I am so glad we decided to hire RVA Maids, and we look forward to Julene and her team continuing to take such wonderful care of our home!

Julene was on time, very professional and began work immediately. The job was bigger than she had anticipated, she adjusted the price fairly and jumped right in. Great recommendations on cleaning products. I am very satisfied with her work and would definitely hire her company again.

Julene and her associate did a FANTASTIC job on our cleaning! This was the first visit, and I am SO happy to have found her. They took their time and did an outstanding job, leaving the house sparking clean and smelling so fresh - not a heavy "cleaning product" smell at all.
In making the arrangements, Julene was proactive, appropriately persistent, thoughtful, and an excellent communicator. She arrived right on time, and did exactly what she said - but exceeded my expectations for quality. She's a gem!
