Hired Josh for a heat pump tune-up and a look at one of my AC units. He was extremely courteous and professional and absolutely did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need (which is rare in this industry). He offered honest opinions about the state of my equipment and charged what I believe to be a much fairer price than much of his competition. The service provided by Fresh Air is always professional, courteous and outstanding! I've used them several times throughout the years and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs a heating/air conditioning company. Most recently, I had called Josh at Fresh Air for a slight emergency. My unit had a fan that went bad the night before family was arriving from out of town, and just happened to be the week where it was scorching hot outside!! I was so stressed out. I waited until the morning to call him and he came out that same day and had my unit fixed before our family arrived! I can't even begin to say how appreciative I was.
