Jeff was super accommodating when scheduling and kept me in the loop the entire time. He sent someone to do a quality check after the cleaners finished, just to make sure I was happy--- which I think is great business practice/customer service. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing structure is ultimately based on the number of labor hours we expect to clean the home combined with the expected frequency of the clean. This is why we can adjust the quote to match your budget. If you'll tell us how much you want to spend, we can tell you how much time that gives us and come up with a priority or rotational cleaning schedule to meet your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We want to communicate in a way that is most comfortable for you. For the Thumbtack community, we usually start with a quote directly in Thumbtack and then move to a phone call to complete the setup of your service and go over some details about your home. We'll agree on an arrival window on your preferred cleaning day, and the day after your clean, we'll follow-up with a phone call to make sure everything went OK. We always offer a re-clean guarantee and would be happy to come back out and touch up areas of concern for free if you give us the opportunity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our MaidPro University is an intensive week-long preparation for in-home cleaning. Built on 25 years of experience, this training program covers everything from safety in the home to getting rid of hard water stains. The owners of MaidPro Richmond-Henrico also have decades of experience in the customer service industry.
