Tutoring with Jillian

Introduction: I am a previous teacher who left the classroom to spend more time with my young family. I currently tutor a variety of ages and levels. My background is in both general education and special education (learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, general education). This variety allows me to provide a well-rounded approach to all learning styles. The school systems and state expectations can be very demanding and difficult to navigate, which is where my experience can lend a unique perspective and support for all students and families. I look forward to helping supplement the student's classroom experience to gain confidence and a positive ownership in their education. I thoroughly enjoy helping students experience success in their education. I love using creative, fun and exciting approaches to help your child gain academic confidence and content understanding.
