Hands down, Betsy is the absolute best realtor in town- we can't imagine ever using anyone else! She picked up on who we were and what we wanted in an instant and never lost sight of that. Though we were first time home buyers in a very difficult and competitive market, we felt so comfortable with Betsy, always knowing she'd help us find 'the one.' We looked at so many houses, and it was always clear that she wanted to make sure we found the right house for us, as opposed to making a sale. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, she invested an amazing amount of time and hard work to help us find our dream home and, when we did, she was just as excited as we were! I listed my house with Betsy after she found our new house and we had signed a contract. She did a great job of showing us houses that would fit our needs. After we listed our house she developed a marketing program that would show off all of the great features. The video was particularly impressive. The house was sold faster than we anticipated and the price received was excellent. I would use Betsy for any real estate needs and highly recommend her.

Betsy went beyond the call of duty to help sell my house and worked for over a year to secure and close on my new house. She also has an amazing array of contacts to help with repairs or remodels. I will never work with another realtor again.
