- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session I like to spend time getting to know the client and finding out their previous experience with personal training and exercise. I want to find out what clients are looking for and their expectations. From there we can establish a client-trainer relationship and together create a fitness program that fits the clients goals and expectations.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with a passion for soccer. I have been playing soccer for 28 years (since the age of 3.) I wanted to focus on increasing my speed and endurance. That passion transitioned into personal training specifically circuit training. I know what it takes first hand to increase endurance, flexibility and muscular toning. I use my experience and knowledge I've learned with my clients to get the best results with a full body workout.
