FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our packages are priced per person and include plates, napkins, forks, 3 types of BBQ sauce, serving utensils, and food labels. Each package also includes 2 meat options, 3 side options and a bread option. We have delivery fees based on milage ($25-$60). Our delivery driver will completely set up your buffet, making the best use of space that you have provided. He/she will also set it up to make it as efficient as possible to serve your guests. After the driver has set up the buffet to your satisfaction, he/she will go over the details of the order with you to ensure its accuracy. For full service events (staffed events) we have a 15% service fee. This service fee helps us cover numerous costs associated with your event. The most important cost, being insurance. Our company and staff have extensive business and workers comp insurance to work on your premises, we can also provide an extra level of insurance protecting your business upon your request, at no cost. The service fee also covers the rental of all of our catering equipment, disposables, serving equipment, consultation, credit card processing and travel costs. We require a $1500 minimum charge for full service staffed events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To provide you with the most accurate quote possible, we ask that you fill out our Catering Quote Request form on our website and we will have a quote sent out as soon as possible. For wedding events we have a more in depth Wedding Quote Request Form on our website. After you fill out this form we have complimentary wedding tastings at our restaurant. These tastings are great for groups of 2 to 4 people. You will get to taste 90% of our wedding menu, ask a bunch of questions, learn about our services and leave with a very accurate quote (and a full belly!).
