We also offer training with no contracts, flexible hours and no set number of visits! Pay per visit and come as many frequently as desired. My job is extremely satisfying because I have the privilege to help others reach their fitness goals as well as create a positive and supportive environment.

I've been working with David for the past month and it's been a great experience. I was nervous when I first started working with him as this was the first time I've worked with a personal trainer however, David made me feel comfortable. Not only has David helped me work towards my fitness goals, he has also worked with me on changing my attitude. In the short time that I've worked with David, I have started to see results towards me weight loss goal and change in my self-image. David is always challenging me to push myself while constantly remaining encouraging. Whenever I have a question, he takes the time to answer and explain it; I never feel rushed. My experience at Max Effort Training has been a positive one from the initial contact from Jacques from Thumbtack to the consultation with Joe and my sessions with David. All the trainers are friendly and supportive.

Training with Dave was challenging at first. I was doing exercises that weren't completely familiar to me. I previously focused more on cardio exercises. I eventually became enamored with resistance training and it's now an essential part of my workouts. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and is able to explain things in terms I understand because fitness is not in my wheelhouse. He also has the patience of a saint because I can be difficult. I asked many questions about what and why we were doing something. He would have me do the exercise and then explain, which I liked. Dave helped me, and continues to help me, become a healither and fitter version of my current self. I cannot describe how appreciative I am.

Dave Belknap is one of the best trainers I've ever had the pleasure of working with! He is so encouraging about every step forward and is truely passionate about helping all of his clients achieve their personal goals. Working with Dave it's so easy to see how incredibly knowledgeable he is about what he does...and mixed with his passion for personal training it makes him perfect for the job. On top of that, he is so friendly and personable and makes working out enjoyable and makes you look forward to gym time! I would and have recommended Dave to all my friends!

Dave is the first person I've every officially trained with. His program was tailored to meet my specific wants, desires, and needs. He took the time and laid out a program on a spread sheet that is perfect for me and easily understood. My workouts seem easy on paper, but I really get a good workout from doing them! He is constantly in contact with me about progress and is unbelievably supportive! His positive attitude makes me want to do well for myself and makes me want to push myself harder to get the desired results. Anyone looking for a trainer, Dave from Max Effort Training is a great way to go!

Dave is the embodiment of everything a trainer should be! Attentive, knowledgable, and supportive just to name a few qualities. I fee great since I started working with him and he's always sure to follow up with me the day after a workout to ask how I'm doing which I love. Not to mention the results I'm seeing and feeling inside and out. Definitely highly recommended to anyone looking for a trainer!
