1 year ago I hired McKimmy Electric to install 6 can lights in my kitchen and 2 above my dining table. For each set of lights they also installed a dimmer switch. They also replaced all of the receptacles and switches in my entire house. I chose McKimmy Electric because of a referral from a friend and they were 10 minutes from my house in Galt. I was very impressed with the job done and the service I was provided. Matthew showed up on time and had all the work done with an employee in about 4 hours. He did all the can light work from a ladder, staying totally out of the attic and avoiding any potential damage to the sheetrock. When he left everything worked great. The replacement of my old "big box" light with the can lights made my kitchen look so much more modern and clean. The new switches and plugs were a huge upgrade to the nasty yellow plugs and switches that I had. Before he left he even took about 20 minutes of his time to explain to me how to wire my new ceiling fan, which I chose to do myself. I will certainly choose McKimmy Electric again in the future as the need comes up.

My wife and I hired McKimmy Electric to install LED can lights in our home. Matt, owner of McKimmy Electric, was very knowledgeable and hard working. We called for an estimate and he came out quickly and for no charge. Matts price was considerably lower than his competitors. We were overall extremely happy with his work and would recommend him to our closest friends and family any day.
