- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends of what needs to be accomplished. For basic tasks, I generally charge $7.50/15 minutes ($30/hr). However, for many projects, I charge a flat rate-determined through consultation and depending on the scope of support for the project. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like for all new clients to complete a Consultation Questionnaire, this questionnaire will allow me to learn about the clients needs; included in the questionnaire is a request to schedule a brief consultation to further discuss the project or task. I require a signed contract and down-payment/full payment (depending on project) prior to work commencing; this is to protect myself and the client. And once we both agree on the terms and scope of support, I start working.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Organizational Leadership and have 15 Years Administrative support experience attaining: clerical skills, strong computer skills, organizational and decision-making skills, good oral and written communication skills and critical thinking skills. I am highly effective at incorporating creative leadership skills, implementing change management practices and team building to achieve business objectives.
