- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It'll ALWAYS be fair. The one thing I believe in, is KARMA so I'd never try to break anyone's bank.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, before I began I like to discuss various options with my client. I feel that this is beneficial to us both. On my end I only have to do the work once. And for my client, they get EXACTLY what they've imagined for themselves and for their home. There are many ways to do a job, and I prefer if my clients are knowledgeable before any work has begun.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been privileged to have worked with well-known tv, cable, and satellite companies. I have 10years of experience with companies like Comcast, Dish, Directv & At&t. So I have professional training on each service that I offer.
