- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on each individuals unique circumstances and expectations. We do offer standard packages that range from $500 dollars as well as board and train packages for $2400 dollars. Please call us directly to learn more about each specific package available at 662-404-DOGS(3647)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we begin with a phone interview and learn about the clients unique needs and their specific situation. We find out about the clients expectations, their availability and desired level of involvement in the training process. We develop a training solution that's custom created to suit both the clients needs and their budget. If after our interview is complete and we are convinced that we are a good fit for the client, then the training begins. We offer in home private lessons, public lessons, and a board and train program as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 18 years of experience ranging from classroom, online, seminars, books, videos, and full time professional employment with a multitude of agencies and organizations. I have taught for and trained with Petsmart, Off Leash K9 Memphis, Memphis Humane Society, AMK9, Vohne Liche Kennels, MSA Security, Explosives Countermeasures International, Shelby County Sheriffs Office, Brandon Police Department, Hernando Police Department, Batesville Police Department, Homeland Security, and many more. I have proven real world experience as both a dual purpose police K9 officer as well as working with the U.S. State Department overseas as an explosive detection dog trainer and handler. I have a true passion for what I do and am honored to have learned from and trained with some of the very best in the world. I couldn't be more pleased to be able to share my knowledge and experience with my clients and extended Ultra K9 family.
