With a background in allergies (Celiac Disease) and also working in the field of Physical Therapy for many years, she understands limitations and how to adapt them for both eating and physical movement. She lives by her Fitness Platform, "Empower Yourself" and she teaches individuals to take charge of their lives, their health, and empower themselves to live the life they always wanted for themselves. I am extremely passionate about helping individuals to become the best possible version of themselves. I believe that life is so much more enjoyable when we feel good and are comfortable in our own skin. I love working with people, motivating others, and creating an environment where they feel comfortable in pushing and challenging themselves. I thank God every day for a healthy body, and for the opportunity I have to inspire and educate others to take charge of their health while finding happiness in the journey!

Kaitlyn always has creative ideas for workouts that will help you meet your goals and she will meet you where you are at! Her recipes are great and she is so positive! Her knowledge and understanding of nutrition for people with food allergies is unbeatable! It's very helpful to have a personal coach who believes in you when you begin to doubt yourself! I highly recommend her!
