I am incredibly happy that I met and started training with Dom 5 months ago! I'm a short track speed skater with Team USA, and I came in to this year/season wanting to do everything I could to gain the upper hand on my competitors. In just 5 short months, Dom has worked with me to make me the strongest I have ever been in my life and moving the best I've ever moved, and I'm really starting to see it all pay off on the ice. Dom is also awesome with the mental aspect of sports - he keeps me motivated and positive even when I'm down in the dumps. With his guidance I am more confident than ever with my skating heading into this season, and next year, Olympic year. I can't really say enough, other than thank you Dom!

Amazing! My daughter was seeking strength conditioning as well as speed and agility training. She is a competitive lacrosse player and a competitive swimmer. She has participated in other programs but never felt as if she broke through her obstacles to develop at another level of play. Dominic's comprehensive plan, created specifically for her needs, was so amazing. His encouragement and motivating style had such an impact on her progress. He expressed a genuine interest in her sports and listened as to where she felt she needed focus. Dominic even came out to one of her games to see her in that competitive environment and get a better picture of how to address her athletic goals. After three months, both of her coaches expressed what an amazing jump forward she has shown. Finally, Dominic was fun and engaging during the training. My daughter felt so accomplished and proud of her progress. We recommend him at the HIGHEST level.

Dom is the best personal trainer I could ask for; I've had other personal trainers before and he is leaps and bounds ahead of them. I've put on tons of lean muscle and strength and I continue to see results consistently. The sessions are fun and I always look forward to them. He is personable and easy to talk to, but he always pushes me and knows how to get the most out of me. Dom is an encyclopedia of knowledge and I have learned more about training and nutrition with his guidance than I would have been able to otherwise. I can't recommend Dom enough!

Dom is a master of his craft. I hired him as my coach and have made highly noticeable improvements in my strength and movement! If that isn't enough, he also helped me obtain 1st place in my weightlifting meet! Dom is a high quality coach and actually cares about his clients and how he coaches, which is hard to come by in a coach. I'd highly recommend Dom to anyone who is looking to get stronger, faster, improve performance, and improve quality of life!

He works with both my sons who are very good athletes. He's very diligent and thoughtful. He has helped my oldest boy gain 40 pounds in 16 months while increasing his first step speed (broad jump and 10 yd dash). He has helped my second really increase his back strength and his pull for swimming. I'd note that my second boy is ranked within the top 50 swimmers in the US in his age. Most importantly he's very inspirational and the boys are always psyched to work out with him and always adhere to their diet and stretching after sessions with Dom. We couldn't ask for a better teacher and friend.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first step is to meet at the gym for an interview and movement assessment. This free appointment accomplishes two things: 1 - Ensures that we are a good fit for each other and that our goals, desires, and expectations are synced up. 2 - Allows me to get a physical blueprint of your body, how you move, what your strengths and weaknesses are. This way I can create a structure for training which is suitable to you as an individual.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I received my bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Loras College ('11). I have 6 years of collegiate strength and conditioning experience, working with over 21 different sports teams at the NCAA Division I and Division III competitive level. Certified Weightlifting and Sport Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting. Certified Enderton Strength Level 1.
