- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a "base" price as each project is different. Without inspecting the area for hazards like electrical lines, broken/hanging limbs, rot or decay and obstructions like landscaping, fencing or other work access issues at the location I can't determine time and equipment required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers it is very important to not only understand what they are asking for but also be sure they understand the options and process as well. This allows both the customer and myself to accomplish their project in the best manner possible with both parties happy with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trimming and removing trees for over 12 years with 7 years proffesionally in the tree care industry. I have completed many tree climbing and equipment seminars as well as 1 on 1 professional climber training. When there are new products or equipment available I research them to find their pros/cons and effectiveness for my business and my customers.
