- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge by the hour, I charge a flat fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all I like to get to know my customer to better serve them. Once I have all the information we begin the process of either the accounting or the tax preparation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have work experience and courses I have taken to better my knowledge.
