- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have the most competitive cost in the legal industry. We handle personal injury cases on contingency for a little as 25% of the recovery. If there is no recovery, there is no fee. For other legal matters such as custody representation, we have low retainer fees and hourly rates as low as $200.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with you responding to a quote as soon as possible. All consultations are free. When you call you will speak directly with Attorney Stacy Augustine. Mr. Augustine can come to your location or you can come to our location in Highland, CA.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Juris Doctor (Doctor of Law) degree from Taft Law School. I also have an Associate of Arts degree from Riverside Community College. I am a California attorney admitted to the State Bar of California (State Bar Number 320475). I am also a California Licensed Private Investigator (PI #26504). I have over a decade of legal experience helping clients get justice.
