- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, or standard Pricing is $75 per unit or 10%; reduced price available for multi-unit dwellings. Although, our standard policy is No tenant no Cost; no fees accessed during vacancies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New Clients, enter into our account set-up process after sign up. The Property Owners account profiles are created, tenants are contacted, property assessments are completed and recommendations are provided to maximize ROI.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a State Licensed Realtor, I have over twenty years of experience as an investor and with property renovations. In addition, to being a native metropolitan Detroiter, our offices were strategically located minutes from your east or west investment properties.
