- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are hourly. However, I do offer package options as well. Everything is customizable!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I meet with a client for an initial consultation for which I do not charge a fee. During this 30-60 minute session, we use this opportunity to learn about goals, review preferences and allows the client to ask any questions they may have about the process. It allows us to get to know each other. I complete a form which provides me with some important information. Next, we schedule the first session for the service(s) the client chooses to book.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from graduating from Rutgers University, I completed the certificate program for Image Consulting through the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. I have also dressed models backstage for NY fashion week for design houses such as Reem Acra, Badgley Mischka, Vivienne Tam and others. I had also been in the fashion industry for 13 years prior to launching Style Studio Group.
