The quote was a bit high but the work was completed just as I specified. Luis responed politely to all my requirements even though I think he didn't anticipate how involved the job was. He finished within my time limits and the end result is everything I could've hoped for. So I was happy to pay the agreed price.

Owen's Mountain Service has made being an absentee landlord a breeze. They have been available to take receive deliveries, clean the house, do laundry, etc. when guests leave. Don't know how we would get along without them.
