- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Listening to customer requirements and resulting expectations, and subsequently offering ideas and discussing possible alternatives if applicable. Depending on the size of the project, develop an approach with an outline for the customer's review and approval before moving on in the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Although a solid education was an essential foundation for becoming a professional writer, it was the hands-on experience most responsible for developing my writing skills. Nevertheless, I do hold a BA in business and information technology from Pace University, and an MBA in communications from New York University's Stern School for business.
