- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first priority is to address the purpose of the client request, we try to know our customer by making ourselves available to answer question and to explain and discuss the issue presently being experience. Outlining the root causes and some of the effects along with corrective measures,thus making them aware of the problem and participating in the decision making process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years hands on treatment in the mold remediation business, we have people within our team that has over 10 years experience. I am Micro Certified Contractor and Inspector
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I choose to work in this industry because i have worked with a lot of mold companies over the years and gain knowledge and experience on the job while being certified plus with a records keeping background make me perfect for this industry.It is my intention to improve the customer service in the industry.
