Introduction: Located in East Windsor NJ, our specializations are, in-home personal training as well as bootcamps, elite athlete training and nutrition. We design and administer exercise presciptions that are designed to achieve our clients' fitness objectives safely and efficiently. Personal training sessions can be held in the privacy of your own home, local park or your community fitness center. Fun is a huge part of our culture. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is superior to all other trainers in the are. I spent 7 years in the United States Marine Corps, attended Focus Personal Training Institute and American Academy of Personal Training both of which are recognized by the New York City Department of Education. My certification also included TRX and Pre/Post Natal.
