Jared and his team did an outstanding job from beginning to end. The initial discussion about what to trim/cut, methods to use for completing the work, and the estimated schedule was complete and thorough. This was followed by excellent job execution. It was complex with many trees needing branches removed, and a roughly 100 foot Tulip Popular tree removed from close proximity to the front of the house. No heavy equipment use was possible as the landscape made access to the area(s) impossible. The work was completed in a timely manner and cleanup was excellent. Finally, their pricing was extremely competitive. I highly recommend Brown's Arbor Care. If any further details are needed on this recommendation, please feel free to contact me personally.

Jared was flexible in his approach to removing my large red maple. Since I prefer to do ground-level cleanup work myself, he offered me a good price for only the high and dangerous work. He has great climbing skills, and worked carefully. Jared is honorable and trustworthy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The minimum for climbing a tree would be $130 and from there it goes up based on if it's a prune or a removal job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key in any relationship. So making sure they we get everything written down in a quote helps both me and them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've trained in first aid and CPR. I hold certificate from the TCIA in aerial rescue. I've worked for both arborists and foresters. My focus is on controlled sectional felling of trees.
