Our home warranty company assigned Holders to us. After waiting the appropriate amount of time and not receiving a response, I called and left a message. After 24 hours I called again and still no response. I understand this is the busiest time with the temperature rising and a lot of people are having HVAC issues, but not to have a response like is laid out in the contract with the home warranty company is just not professional. If you are having issues where you cannot take any calls, the best is to post a message on your voicemail and on your facebook page where individuals are aware. But leaving people to suffer when they are relying on your service is just uncalled for.
I am amending my review after a wonderful conversation with Cheryl Holder! She has explained to me the issues going on with the volume of calls from the home warranty companies as well as their own clients which must fall first and then work everyone in as they can. They have asked the warranty companies to stop sending calls since they cannot keep up with the volume and they continue to send these in. I really appreciate the time she took to talk with me and explain to me the whole process. Hope things look up and the season gets better for everyone!

Our A/C went out on a Friday night (of course). Our home warranty company assigned Holders to fix it. After leaving a message, they called us Saturday morning, the guys showed up around 1pm, and the system is humming like a kitten! Great and friendly service, I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Thank you ! My air conditioner went out. My home felt like a sauna. I called late on a Monday evening. He came to my home, after hours. He inspected the unit, and explained what repairs were needed. Holders Heating & Air are the BEST company! Yesterday my furnace stopped working, mind you it was 11 degrees outside. I called them that morning and explained to them that I just gave birth to my son and he was only 3 weeks old and that my house was absolutely FREEZING! (I woke up to the house super cold and knew immediately something was wrong) they was at my house to the rescue an hour later and fixed the problem like a champ. I wish I knew the technicians name that came out, he was WONDERFUL and super nice! If I ever have any other problems I’ll definitely work through them! I recommend holders company to anyone! ☺️

These guys are fast and efficient. After one company told us it was 2 parts going bad and would cost about 1,000 dollars to fix, Holders came in and realized what the real problem was and saved us a ton of money. Our home warranty company works with Holders, and I've learned quickly that they work with this company for a reason. Our heat is now working and we are warm.
