I have used Kingsmen Inspections & Services several times in the last two years for several home inspections, as well as some minor repairs. I have reached out to get inspections on 8-10 potential investment properties during that timeframe. In my business, I need an inspector that is thorough, understands what I'm looking for in rental properties, and offers solutions to bring areas up to standard, that are not satisfactory in a house as it is being inspected. I also need an inspector to confidently tell me which properties are going to be more trouble than they're worth and that I should not invest in because of potential/future concerns. The fair inspection price, the quick turnaround and the fact that they use great inspection software make Kingsmen the first name I call when I have inspection or repair needs. They are awesome!

These guys really do excel at customer service and quality. They did a home inspection for us and were punctual and very detail oriented. They didn’t rush to get the job done, but looked over everything and made us feel secure in the purchase of our new home. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Kingsmen is WONDERFUL!! I have several rental properties, and my life has DEFINITELY been better since I met them! They do a great job from small projects to large. The bathroom renovation they just finished at my house is phenomenal - AND beautiful! I highly recommend them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We value all new customers. We would treat them just as we would want to be treated. We love it when a customer is able to be there with us so we can explain what we do and what we are looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are AHIT certified and follow the ASHI standards
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Just make sure they are certified. GA currently does not require and type of license. Its like the old saying "You get what you pay for".
