- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my services fairly and in a balanced manner . Things do arise during the process of completing a job that may change the scope of work in which we will need to revisit the price and not necessarily adding cost to the customer in fact in some instances it may decrease the cost .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to reach out to my clients to ask questions to determine their needs wants and expectations so that I can cater my services to their overall experience .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Georgia Licensed Realestate agent as well as a Realtor I also have logged many hours of construction experience .
