- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is narrow down the reason for the appraisal, the property address, any interesting characteristics of the property, and when the appraisal service is needed. We provide a fee quote and typical turn time and set an appointment to visit the property. While at the property, we take the time to ask a number of question about the home, and explain the process of both, the property visit and the general timeline and process for the report delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As of this date, I have completed and exceeded the minimum continuing education program requirements for the state of Tennessee. Much of that education has been Appraisal Institute classes.
