Cato did not show up on the scheduled date to do the work(Feb 20). Cato told me he had a Doctor's appt early that Monday morning and that he would call me after the appointment. I never got a call so I went on Angie's list and found some contractors who were honest and wanted some business. I think he gave an estimate and later did not want to honor it.
