Johanson Home Improvement has done many projects for us, ranging from custom building and installing an insulated attic door cover to patching walls and fixing cabinets. Every project was done in a very timely manner, for a reasonable price, and very neatly. They are a pleasure to work with, I will definitely work with them again, and have recommended them many times! I could not say more positive things about Chad and his work.

Chad was great. We found him in the landmark newspaper. I called him and he came out to look at the job right away gave a quick reasonable estimate. He showed up to work when he said and did very high quality work. We had him replace some wooden molding and trim on the exterior of the house. He was very professional. Its nice when you hire someone to do work on your home and they stick to the schedule or at least will communicate with you if the schedule needs to change. I would hire chad again for any repairs or renovations on my home.

Chad has worked on many home projects for us. Doors, garden beads, gates and rails, deck stairs, dry wall work, baseboards, installing attic flooring, hanging and mounting of large and small objects like medicine cabinets, racks, large furniture, Our willingness to rehire him time after time should speak volumes. He treats our home as if it were his own. He takes his time to do things right and chooses quality products and is available to answer questions about the project. I've already scheduled my next project with Johanson Home improvement. I highly recommend this service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out to your house and go over exactly what you would like for me to do. Once I have all my information gathered, I get to work putting together an estimate. Within a few days, I'll contact you and go over the estimate I created. I then hope to earn your business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I joined the U.S. Army back in 1993 as a 51bravo (carpentery and masonry specialist).I learned the carpentry trade while serving four years active duty. It was a great learning experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I joined the U.S. Army in 1993 and served four years active duty as a 51bravo (carpentry and masonry specialist) When I got out, I worked for contractors, handyman companies and eventually started my own business. I enjoy what I do and love the joy I bring to people I work for once the project is completed.
