- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fairly standard for common projects. I offer discounts for military and students.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introductions, I try to assess the situation remotely if possible. I won't waste anyone's time if it's a super simple fix such as the power cable not being plugged in! If I cannot fix the issue remotely, I can always travel to you or meet somewhere publicly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Computer Science and multiple certifications in various fields of the IT industry.
