If you're in need of a home inspection, radon testing or pest inspection, look no further! I chose Jim with Capital Area Home Inspections, LLC to help me with my home inspection when purchasing my new home. I really didn't have any direction to take when I started looking for an inspector, when a family friend referred me CAHILLC. I contacted Jim via email with my needs for the inspection and within a couple hours had my inspection date set up for only 3 days later! Considering I only had about a week to have this completed, I was very pleased. As a first-time home buyer, Jim was very helpful and patient taking the time to ensure that I understood as he walked me through each step of the process and happily answered all of my questions! At the end of the day, I left even more confident in my purchase and very thankful for his service. The very same day I was emailed the completed inspection along with detailed photos of the whole house and photos with descriptions of the few minor touch ups to keep an eye on that may need repair in the near future. This inspector was so detailed I couldn't stop gigalling and I ask him did he go to school to learn all this stuff he was pointing out, and he said he's also a builder. Well that would probably explain the fact he pointed out things I didn't look twice at. And he was very polite and informative. I'm still looking for a home and I plan on using thumbtact again if possible. Thanks you guys at Capital Area Home Inspection rock.
