FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have standardized pricing. Every project is different is some way and the scope varies. For example; replacing a furnace sounds simple enough. However,Is the project an upgrade from 80 to 95%? Does other equipment need to be moved to gain access such as water heaters? Is the unit in a crawlspace or attic? Are there properly sized electrical components in place and in good working order? As you can see the scope can vary substantially. Pinnacle will assess all these variables and provide a solution with all these variables taken into account.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pinnacle goes through a detailed estimate process which begins upon receiving the clients phone call. An on site evaluation is made for each specific project. We then design a compatible HVAC system based upon the clients budget, needs and desired outcome. No two projects are identical in nature or scope. If a problem is identified during the estimate and we can save the client thousands of dollars with a service call - based upon all criteria such as age, repair cost vs. replacement cost, operational costs, we will throw this out there as an option. Pinnacle is NOT in the business of pushing big-ticket items. We are in the business of providing exceptional HVAC services to ALL our clients. We work hard to see that all our clients keep coming back to Pinnacle. This has helped to build Pinnacle HVAC by word of mouth. We feel we have the most loyal clients in the business. Most of our clients are on a first name basis with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is probably an area that we over-do. The business manager has an electronic engineering background. As such, it is his goal to fully educate the client on ALL their options; how the system(s) operate and integrate with each other, and what the client can expect as the end result. We don't just sell the client a system and call it a day. There are always a followup calls to the client to see if everything is meeting their expectations.
