FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I work to provide my client with zealous advocacy at affordable prices, which is why I employ alternative fee arrangement.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I either sit down with the new customer or have a phone conversation with the new customer and listen to them tell me about the issues in their case. After listening, I tell them about what it sounds like they will need preliminarily, and I provided them with realistic expectations, given my experience in the field. Lastly , I tell them what I can do for them and how my experience can push their case into the right direction.
