- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to have a competitive price and work with my customers to help them with pricing out and saving money on the project's at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first begin working with a new customer I like to introduce myself so they feel comfortable with me and my team, I then will go over what project's are at hand, the time it has to be completed in, and expenses. We try to help our customers every step we can so they are satisfied in every step of there project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for lisenced electrical, and plumbing company's for most of my adult life and worked for a handyman and property maintenance company for many years as well
