- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Long Term rentals are generally but not always priced at 8-10% and I do not always charge for move-in move-outs. Short term vacation rentals I charge 15% In all cases I take care of everything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client makes an inquiry we want to find out details about their property so we know what services they need. We want to provide investors what they need. Everyone needs a unique set of skills. No two properties or investors are alike and we need to know we can work together to improve and preserve their investment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is construction and Real Estate. I had a general contractors license for 18 years and have enjoyed the many projects here in Hawaii that put my skills to work. No property ages without needing upkeep. There is preventative maintenance and then there is sustaining maintenance. I provide an understanding of both. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in Hawaii and have enjoyed helping people with their investments.
