Introduction: I'm The Loving Cleaner, TLC for your home! I love what I do and it shows, both in my smile and my detailed work! I also sometimes help with other areas as we build a working relationship -organization, dog walking, dog & house sitting, baby sitting, errands, cooking and shopping! Lindsay is reliable and brings an artist's eye to details! I always find my apartment clean and refreshingly organized after she has had a chance to work her magic on it. I appreciate the way she tackles extra deep cleaning projects in addition to the usual cleaning when requested.

Lindsay cleaned for me for about two years and I would still be using her services if I hadn't moved off island. My favorite days were the days that she came and after a long day at work the house was clean and smelling fresh. Lindsay was also able to be flexible when my needs changed, coming more often or less often based on how busy work was. Lindsay is also who I used to help with my moveout cleaning from military housing. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $30/hr for a regular weekly or bi-weekly clean -detailed, but not fully deep-cleaned because it is easier to maintain. $35/hr for a one time clean or once a month, or deep clean -because they all require extra detail $40/hr for move out clean - will have 1-2 partners working with me to make it go faster and all needed items on move out checklist will be done.
