Ultimately, we're pleased with David's work. His price was fair, he was respectful, showed up, and did good work. I was looking forward to leaving a five star review... Unfortunately, it seems as though David's increasing demand has him feeling rushed. Both days he was here, his work was increasingly rushed as the time on-site elapsed. The first time was understandable as we anticipated using a spray gun to paint the vanity and ended up using a brush. That took a little longer than anticipated. The second visit however, there was no unexpected adjustments to the work and he again was feeling rushed. As a result, he left a couple of pieces of trim unpainted and the vanity doors have unpainted areas showing through and have fuzz all over them. I'll have to clean them up and repaint them myself. I wouldn't hesitate to use David's services again. We have many additional improvements that we'd like to do in the near future. But time management would be a part of the job discussion(s).

Bravo! It was so refreshing to find a skilled, friendly and affordable professional to replace my floors, a couple windows and install a new door. He was true to his word, he didn't drag the job out for a long period and he didn't leave a mess. I was so impressed I had him do additional work beyond my first thumbtack inquiry.
