Introduction: At Wellspring Health Center our care is patient-centered using a team approach which includes a board certified nurse practitioner, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants and massage therapists, in collaboration with a sports medicine physician. We integrate traditional and wholistic approaches in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain and injuries. Our focus is on restoring patients to an active, pain free, quality of life. Our team loves watching people change their lives with the work we do. We have patients that are able to hold their children again, be more active with their kids, get back to running, prep for that big game, accomplish a goal they've been working for, or just be able to do daily tasks again.

The deep tissue massage I had with Karla G released the aches and pains I had in my legs. I'm planning on going back for an assessment with the physical therapist and do the free yin yoga and foam rolling class that they offer, as well as get more massages. I really like their office and the people, very welcoming and pleasant.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Physical Therapy is based on insurance coverage, which we are happy to go over with our patients in a complimentary consultation. Our 30-Minute Hot Stone and Deep Tissue Massages are $50 plus tax. We do offer a new client special to people who have not been here before. That promotion is 30-Minutes for $20.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Clinic. We offer complimentary pain and posture consultations to new patients. During this consultation we talk about symptoms and concerns our patients are experiencing, let them know how we can help, and we go over insurance information up front so our patients know how much it would cost to move forward.
