I had a lighting strike to my home that impacted the grounding, breaker panel, and finally terminated in my kitchen causing fire damage to my walls, ceiling and floors, and smoke damage to my whole house. Upon making a claim, my claim handler with USAA referred Paul Davis Restoration because of the experience he had with them due to storm damage to his home. I looked up Paul Davis and found out they were ranked #1 by J.D. Powers and Associates for customer satisfaction in losses like mine. I called them and got a live person right off the bat. They asked helpful questions to insure I was understanding the process and sent a mitigation specialist out within 2 hrs. They worked so fast and professionally, and even did extra work without asking for payment. I hired them again to do all repair work and they not only perform with excellence, they provided a warranty of workmanship, smoke free guarantee, and made me and my family feel whole again. I could not have gone through such a mess without their services. I know now why they are #1. I would hire them to do repairs of any nature in and outside my home.
