Josh is extremely dependable, often providing same day service, which is almost impossible to find. I would, and do, recommend Josh to anyone in need of heating and air services. Service first pros offers specials for Triple Play Tune-up $79, Pro Care Maintenance Plans $155 and our Service Call $79. We also give 15% off for seniors, veterans and the disabled.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a great conversation about what Service First Pros can do to serve them at the highest level. We also discuss how we can help the customer every day in making decisions on their homes heating and air-conditioning systems. We pride ourselves in being fair and honest with our customers and creating great relationships that last.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified for residential home performance Tune ups, air balancing, carbon monoxide and combustion testing. certified tuneup specialist and have several certifications for Acca including manual J for little calculations and manual D For duct design.
